✓ OPEN DOOR POLICY (YOUR OPINION MATTERS) – Decision-makers are on site and communication is constant. Got an idea or a concern? You’ll be heard — and respected.
✓ WE INVEST IN YOU (PAID TRAINING + ASE REIMBURSEMENT) – We shut down the shop every year to send the whole team to Vision for advanced training — fully paid. You’ll also get reimbursed for ASE certifications.
