Property Management Firm looking for an experienced hands-on maintenance / facility / handy person to work both independently and as a team for. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the property both inside and out. Part time candidates would be considered.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handling after hours emergencies
- Light electrical repair
- Light Plumbing repair
- Painting building common areas
- Carpentry and drywall work
- Cleaning common area’s
- Trash removal
- Snow removal and Landscaping
Excellent communication and customer services skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software are preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
