You will be climbing on roofs, in attics, and on ladders obviously so you cannot be afraid of heights.
You must be able to lift 50 pounds with ease.
Your day will be like this Attend a sales meeting online for a few days and some continued sales training. (We never stop putting into you!) You will then go out to 2-5 clients and inspect, then sell the repairs. You will not have to do any of the repairs because they will be done by our installers. You will need to be able to read a tape measure and do iPad entries for the inspections and repairs estimates. You will be in constant sales pitch mode for presentation and rebuttals! Fluency and professional knowledge is a must! During the day or possibly in the evening you will make some follow calls to get previous clients to close the sales.
That's pretty much the gig! $100k is quite possible first year!
