Opportunity
New England Caseworks is seeking a Millwork Finisher. A Millwork Finisher needs to be highly detailed, able to handle multiple projects at a time, highly organized, able to solve problems and work with a team to produce results and meet deadlines.
Role
Responsible for all aspects of the finishing process from setup, color matching, quality control, inventory stock, cleanup and maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing millwork for spraying (sanding, wiping, inspecting)
Color matching per sample or specification
Oversee and produce all finished material
Manage, use and maintain Superfici reciprocating finish line
Work with Production Manager to identify deadlines for material needed for upcoming projects
Prepare stock requisitions for purchasing
Requirements
2-5 years Finish Department experience
1-3 years cabinet making experience
Familiarity with materials and hardware for commercial casework and millwork
Dependable
Driven, strong personal work ethic
Able to effectively manage information, schedules and people
Well organized and able to appropriately prioritize tasks
Enthusiastic and positive approach to position and tasks
