Overview:
Maintain and repair Marr companies' diverse fleet including tractors, trailers, rolloffs, and straight trucks. Union position with pension and health benefits through Machinist and Aerospace Workers Union Local 447.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform preventative maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers
-Complete repairs and part replacements
-Respond to field breakdowns
-Conduct state inspections on light and heavy vehicles
Requirements:
-Physical capability: lift 70+ pounds, manual dexterity, bending/stooping
-At least 6 months of experience
-Valid Class A/B Commercial Driver's License
-Experience with hydraulic systems and air brakes
-State inspection license (or willingness to obtain)
