What You'll Do:
Assist lead HVAC technicians on residential and light commercial service and installation
Learn to diagnose, repair, and install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Attend in-house and manufacturer training as needed
What We’re Looking For:
No HVAC experience required but helpful – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Mechanically inclined or past experience with tools preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow in the trades
