Due to our continued growth, we have a full-time position available for an experienced HVAC/refrigeration Technician. We provide expert installation, service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and cooling / commercial refrigeration equipment throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Technician to our existing HVAC team. Duties include the service, repair and installation of high efficiency forced air systems, air conditioning systems, ductless and heat pump systems and commercial refrigeration equipment.
Must have EPA Certification, refrigerant license and a thorough understand of HVAC equipment and controls. Journeyman License a plus. Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record.

Job Duties
Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and repair malfunctioning gas furnaces, gas boilers, AC systems, split systems, heat pumps
Replace existing HVAC equipment, split systems, heat pumps
Perform annual maintenance tune ups
Exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and work performed
Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
Boiler experience a plus
Ability to read troubleshooting guides
Provide exceptional customer service
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to communicate effectively and be professional with customers
