Job Title: Landscape Construction Team Leader/Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our team. The Landscaping Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing all landscaping activities on job sites, ensuring the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, and the ability to coordinate and supervise a team.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan and organize landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that landscaping projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of landscaping tools and equipment.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during landscaping projects, finding effective solutions to challenges.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
Training: Provide training to team members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
Requirements:
Experience as a Landscaping Foreman or someone ready to step up into the role.
In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant types, and horticulture practices.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to operate and oversee the use of landscaping tools and equipment.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe working environment.
Ability to perform manual labor as needed.
Valid driver's license.
Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture (preferred).
