LANDSCAPE FOREMAN
$1,000.00-5,000.00 SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE
As a crew leader, your responsibilities would include shrub pruning, shrub planting, working with others building walls, walkways and patios, grading, seeding/sodding, reading architectural drawings, and all other basic landscape tasks.
This position has the potential to grow into a much larger position in the company for the right candidate with strong skills and the ability to learn quickly.
We require:
2-3 Years of Landscape Experience
Experience Running Bobcats, Front End Loaders, Backhoes, and similar equipment a plus
VALID Class D Drivers License
Ability To Work Well With And Teach Others
Ability To Work With Clients
Ability to Fill Out Basic Daily Work Logs
Experience with masonry / flat work.
As a full time, hourly employee you would receive paid holidays, paid vacation/personal time, 401(k) with a company match, and other benefits that would be available based on your experience and performance. This is a year round position with snow work available during the winter months.
Starting at $20.00- $40.00/hr for qualified person.
