Dexksos is looking to hire a full-time Lead Carpenter & Journeyman for our construction team, helping with both project management and local business ventures. If you are a strong leader, highly dependable and take initiative amidst challenging situations then you may be the right fit for the job.
This role has the opportunity to eventually replace the Dexksos owner, as we are also looking for motivated entrepreneurs that want to expand on the framework of our system. This opportunity for advancement would oversee the company’s growth and management across the greater Boston area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- manage and commute to project sites in and around the greater Boston area
- read blueprints and direct team as necessary
- insure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication with clients, subs, and the project team
- effectively coordinate with other Dexksos divisions and personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in construction and/or carpentry (Preferred but not required)
- CSL - Construction Supervisor License (preferred but not required)
driver's license (Required)
- reliable vehicle, with a valid driver’s license (a vehicle that can carry tools is a major plus, however we are able to get most lumber on site through coordinated deliveries)
- flexible, full-time availability during the week

COMPANY
Dexksos is on a mission to be the largest deck building and repair company in the US by volume and quality. Almost all of our contracts are within a 30 minute drive of Boston, with a special focus on Middlesex county, but not for long–people are calling us from all over the state, and we don’t want to leave any deck hanging.
We are a top Google search for anything deck-related in and around the Boston area, quickly expanding with incredible demand. Decks are the niche but not the limitation. Our team includes highly skilled carpenters capable of doing any work in a residential house. Sometimes we get a call for a new deck and end with an entire house remodel. Any deal is possible and worth considering. We operate year round but there is the potential for seasonal work with company encouragement to take the winter for travel. We’ll do our best to support you in your unique passions.
