We are looking for a Lead Carpenter to lead our on-site crew and manage residential projects.

We focus on residential renovations, additions and remodels. We are growing on the North Shore with an established client base in the greater Boston area.

As a Lead Carpenter for Wells and Company, you will:
- Execute frame to finish carpentry
- Manage and facilitate subcontractors
- Direct junior carpenters
- Order materials
- Collaborate on the build process with the project manager
Must haves: English proficiency, great communication skills, safe tools, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a desire to learn and grow.
