D&R Construction LLC out of Cambridge, MA is looking to hire 2 lead foremen as work has piled up well past the new year. We are a medium sized company with a family-like environment where everyone loves to come in and work every day.
Applicants must be Master Carpenters, capable of performing all work frame to finish. The skills needed include:
Framing
Drywalling
Tiling
Custom carpentry and high end trim
Decks/Porches
Additions/Dormers
Kitchens and baths
All kinds of flooring
Siding and exterior trim
Windows and doors
Etc.
All foremen are expected to come with their own tools. We can fill any gaps in toolsets, and will replace tools for you when they break down. Must also have own form of reliable transportation.
As with any job, being on time and having a positive attitude are a requirement. Production and speed are also an absolute must.
