What You Bring:
2+ Years of Insulation Installation Experience (All types – you're the expert!).
Comfortable in construction environments and using equipment like forklifts.
Leadership Skills – guide your crew and ensure top-notch safety & quality.
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
OSHA 30, DOT medical card & forklift certification (or ready to get them).
Ready to work in tough spaces like crawl spaces, attics, and more!
