What You Will Do
We are seeking a Live-In Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in East Boston, MA. This site totals 276 units for elderly and disabled residents. Your daily duties will include work order completion, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial duties, trash removal, snow removal, and groundskeeping. The work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
This position includes on-call duties every other week and during every other holiday. On-call hours are 4:00pm-7:00am Monday-Friday and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. During this time, you must respond within 15 minutes of receiving the emergency call. Compensation for this position will include a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment with utilities and parking included. Hourly compensation during normal work hours and overtime pay will apply.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have previous residential maintenance experience and knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC.
