Site leader / Operator for two locations three miles from each other
Requirements
Loader and other plowing experience
Valid drivers license
On call 24/ 7 - unless arrangements have be made and approved for time off
Duties
Ice management / salting as needed
Dispatch staff accordingly to conditions
Run loaders with 14' push box brand new loader with quick tach live edge pusher
Manage all shovelers and plow drivers and other loader operators
Ensure site is plowed and treated accordingly from beginning to end of storm
Track times of workers on site and products used
Note any damages to property or site issues
This would be a salaried / subcontractor position and you would be provided with a truck with plow / sander and diesel transfer tank for the season
