JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Detailed oriented, striving for accuracy and efficiency in your technical work.
You will work, collaboratively, and independently, when necessary.
Advise manager when additional parts or work is needed on a customer's boat prior to initiating any repairs, and produce a diagnosis to troubleshoot
Keep a clean, safe workspace
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be self-motivated, process-driven, and take pride in your work
Have attention to detail and good communication skills
Must have essential mechanical and technical skills for inboard engines
Marine systems experience preferred
Diesel engine experience
