Mechanical Contractor seeking a skilled MASSACHUSETTS MASTER PLUMBER to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various plumbing systems and techniques, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in commercial settings.
Duties:
- Assemble, install, maintain, and repair pipelines or pipe systems
- Perform pipe threading, cutting, bending, and fitting
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on plumbing projects
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required in the plumbing field
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction plumbing
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions
- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Strong understanding of pipe materials and fittings
- Previous experience in a maintenance person or related field is beneficial
