Compensation: $35 plus per hour based on productivity

Job Title: Metal Fabricator / Welder
Generator Enclosure Co. seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator / Welder Full-Time, to modify and package generators up to 2 meg. Stainless and Aluminum tig required. This is not a "welding only job". must be able to fabricate from basic sketches, drawings
-Operate and maintain fabrication equipment (e.g., saws, grinders, welders).
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and stainless-steel fabrication and welding.
-Proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes on aluminum and stainless steel.
-Skilled with measuring and using tools accurately (squares, levels, etc.).
-Ability to work independently in a small shop environment
May consider candidate from Vocational school that is willing to learn and work their way up.
