Location: West Roxbury, MA (serving the Greater Boston area)
Compensation: $25 – $40/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
We are a growing construction & restoration company based in West Roxbury. We specialize in remodeling & restoration in the greater Boston area and we’re looking for a skilled Multi-faceted Construction Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair work across projects
Support remodeling and restoration crews from framing through finish
Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials
Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project
Interact with clients professionally on-site, providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry
3+ years of hands-on experience in painting
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
Knowledge of residential remodeling (frame-to-finish)
Ability to read blueprints
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (own vehicle) as this role involves commuting to multiple job sites
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
