First, we use a unique Production Rate Estimate System. While most painting companies just “guess” how long a
job should take, we carefully measure and count the square footage of walls and ceilings, linear feet of trim, and
number of doors and windows for each project.
Then, we apply a specific Production Rate to every surface or item you will paint. These rates were calculated
based upon real-world time-trials with average painters and we disclose these rates to you in advance. This allows
us to come up with a Labor Hour Budget for every project by line-item.
Second, we multiply the total labor hours by a fair and generous Clear Rate.
So, you know how many labor hours are assigned to every surface on a project. Then, we multiply those hours by
a rate we both agree to in advance.
This completely eliminates surprises and puts you in the driver’s seat.
If you ever feel something was missed on an estimate, we’ll happily take a look at the project with you. If this
means we owe you extra labor hours, we pay it. No fuss.
Third, you don’t have to hassle with marketing, sales, scheduling or even ordering the paint. We take care of all
that in our operations department.
All we ask you to do is follow simple, easy-to-understand service guidelines to keep our clients safe and happy. If
you can do that plus fill out some simple, easy paperwork that takes 5 minutes a day or less, then you are a good
fit for our company!
