We are PropertyCraft Management Co., a growing property management company based in Braintree, MA. We serve from Dedham to Weymouth and up to Boston (the 128-South corridor), both residential and commercial properties. Working with us means you will be treated with respect and as part of our Team. This is a 1099 position and we pay upon completion by direct deposit.
Jobs vary in size from a basic request like a drain clog or weekly common hallway cleaning to an apartment turnover or kitchen upgrade. We will reach out to you with opportunities as they arise. At this time, we cannot guarantee a certain number of hours per week. Ideally, we grow together as long-term partners.
It is import that you be:
1. Respectful
2. Responsive
3. Follow-through on your word.
No formal resume required. Tell us what you know, what your skills are (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.), and what your availability is. Include your desired hourly rate. This is NOT a summer position. Background check required.
