Property Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
20-40 Hours a week - Flexible Schedule
Non-Corporate work environment
Perform Tenant service requests and repairs, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance
Perform basic: carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and appliance repair
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable car (pickup/SUV preferred).
Pass background check.
Your own basic tools to perform the various jobs.
Minimum 1 Year prior experience working in property maintenance, construction, or similar fields.
Can multi-task and problem solve
Can communicate clearly and effectively
Live within 30 minutes of Marlborough, Worcester, and Hudson MA.
