Residential Real Estate Management Company has opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician Position in the Boston area.
We are looking for a self-motivated, all around dependable and honest person with property maintenance skills that can work independently.
Candidate must be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Daily Maintenance of Interior & Exterior of Buildings
Troubleshooting Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Issues
Installation of Cabinets, Flooring, Doors etc.
Apartment Turnovers & Routine Maintenance
Emergency After-Hours Maintenance Calls as Required
Monitoring all Outside Vendors Working on Properties
Maintaining Stock Room Inventory
Snow Shoveling & Removal. Sanding Sidewalks & Parking Lots
Trash Removal & CleaningOther Duties as Assigned
Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance is required.
Cell Phone, Computer & Email Skills Required.
This position requires you to be on-call for emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends.
Must be willing to be On-Call as required and live in the Boston Area. Applicants too far outside of Boston will not be considered. Background check including a CORI will be required.
Must have basic tools, dependable vehicle and a valid active drivers license.
