Job Summary:
HVAC journeyman license is a plus but not required. We will consider a strong candidate without a license.
Duties:
- Must be able to work without supervision after two days of training.
- Install Residential HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Repair or replace defective equipment or components
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Proficiency in property maintenance and repair
- Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and/or repair
- Skilled in equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques
