Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of installation, including quoting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Lead a crew of 4-5 workers, across multiple jobs simultaneously; ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tile and masonry work, with a strong understanding of installation techniques and materials.
- Previous experience in a leadership or foreman role, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide clear direction to crew members.
