We are seeking individuals who are mechanically inclined or enjoy engineering or building cool things, and especially car or engine enthusiasts who love their hobby or career.
We specialize in American V8's. Mostly Fords. Our engine shop builds a lot of pushrod small block fords with occasional GM's, Pontiacs, and LS builds. We do everything from carbureted, to dry-sump fuel-injection race prep builds.
Own a Mustang? Enjoyed using CAD programs in the past? Good with a forklift? Or sick of lugging your box of tools to the next shop down the street? This opportunity is far from average. And because of this, we are looking for a far-from-average employee!
Compensation will be determined based on skill level and in-person interview. You can have 10 years of experience or 6 months. If you can build a pushrod V8 or have a valuable skill your help will be considered.
35 Hour work week with easy late-morning opening hours. Limited overtime options, but an easy schedule for those with project cars!
Ideal candidates will be timely, pass a background check, be good at multitasking, be self-motivated and enthusiastic to do racecar stuff, and be helpful around the shop with small projects to clean up, organize, and improve the business!
