STAFF CARPENTER POSITION

Our projects are primarily located in the Boston suburbs and on the North Shore so you must be able and willing to travel.
REQUIREMENTS OF A STAFF CARPENTER
First and foremost – A POSITIVE “CAN DO” ATTITUDE
Looking to advance your career – not just looking for a “job”
A minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience
Strong people skills – able to work on a team and communicate with customers
Reliable and dependable
Must have reliable transportation and own basic tools
The Staff Carpenter position earns a starting hourly wage range of $25.00 - $35.00, based on experience, with reviews at 3 and 6 months within the 1st year and annual reviews after that. We offer paid holidays, vacation and sick time, 401K plan and other benefits. You'll also enjoy a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm.
