If you are an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly individual, we would be delighted to meet you. The Customer Service Team at USA Auto Movers provides a personal touch to all customer interactions. The role will involve managing phone calls and emails, assisting customers with their vehicle transportation needs, processing orders, communicating with our partner locations in Florida and assisting the owner with the big picture planning. This position would be part-time, working towards full time in-office as our seasonal business grows.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Canton, MA responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring satisfaction. The role will involve processing orders, answering phones, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, working with our partner locations and creating a positive customer experience.
