We are seeking an experienced loader operator to run a Volvo L180 at our organic recycling site in Saugus, MA. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety focused, and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
Duties Include:
-Safe operation of Volvo L180 wheel loader
-Loading and moving organic materials (e.g., mulch, compost, soil) feeding grinders, screeners, and site equipment.
-Conducting daily equipment inspections
-Maintaining a clean and organized work area
-Following all safety procedures
Requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years operating large loaders (Volvo L180 or equivalent)
-Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
-Strong attention to safety and equipment maintenance
