TransForce is seeking 3 full-time CDL B Delivery drivers in Marlborough, MA.
Starting Rate is : $27 per hour.
(Based on class of license, overall driving/delivery experience and cost of living)
Delivering Kidney Dialysis Products – Touch Freight
(To clinics, hospitals, and homes – mostly to homes of patients)
Day Shift with a start time between 5am and 6am
9–12-hour days; Monday – Friday
(Occasional Saturdays – very rare; NO Sundays)
Training is all “hands-on” for 3-5 weeks with one week of computer training.
Newer equipment - Automatic Trucks - 26’ tandem AND single axle
Proper and thorough Pre-trip and Post-trips are crucial.
Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) & Hours of Service (HOS) rules a must.
Must have the ability to work independently and with little direct supervision.
Must have the ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.
Must have good communication skills and customer service awareness.
