We are expanding our Furniture Home Delivery operations and seeking professional, experienced White Glove Delivery Driver and Helper teams to join our team!
Position Details
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (6:00 AM start time)
Industry: Transportation / Furniture White Glove Delivery
Compensation
Driver Pay: $165/day
Helper Pay: $150/day

Requirements
Team Setup
2-person delivery team:
Driver: Must partner with a helper.
Helper: Must partner with a driver capable of operating a 26ft box truck.
Driver Requirements
Minimum Experience in Box Truck driving with 26ft box trucks (or larger).
Proven experience providing White Glove delivery services.
General Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Adherence to a professional dress code: All-black attire.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Duties and Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations.
Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Load and unload cargo using equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, manual labor).
Maintain compliance with traffic laws and operate vehicles with a focus on safety.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Skills and Experience
Customer Service Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
Proficiency in using equipment like dollies and pallet jacks for loading/unloading.
Prior experience working in warehouse or delivery environments is a must.
