Position Summary: Under the general administrative supervision of Clinical Director supervises and performs all aspects of the administrative duties within assigned clinic. Location : 25 Libby Street, Brockton, MA Department : Plastic Surgery This is a full time position and requires 40 hours per week. Responsibilities:

Conduct training for new office administrative staff.

Provide educational support to all office administrative staff.

Act as liaison for all administrators at the assigned clinic and work in conjunction President of Operations, Director of Administration, Clinical Director and Billing Office, to ensure with Vice all administrative and billing issues are resolved.

Perform trouble shooting and problem-solving support to all administrators at the assigned clinic.

Implement office administration policies and procedures.

Ensure efficient and effective patient flow, as well as a high level of customer service at all times with a focus on patient satisfaction

Facilitate and coordinate quality patient care, which may include direct contact with patients, families and other departments.

Develop, implement and maintain proper scheduling and staffing levels

Supervision of all assigned staff

Investigate and resolve administrative and/or patient problems professionally and diplomatically.

Conduct interviews; provide and/or coordinate training of new employees.

Coordinate educational activities and evaluation of performance related to patient care

Provide all direct reports with regular feedback, both positive and constructive, and work with Practice manager to complete annual performance evaluations.

Ensure proper communication flow through the daily huddles within their unit.

Monitor and maintain the Lean Balanced Scorecard within the office

Coach the staff to use of suggestion system and problem solving sheets within the team.

Monitor, audit and maintain records with respect to payroll, absentee and vacation requests for all direct reports.

Monitor condition, safety and effectiveness of the physical environment

Perform other duties as required

Education/Experience/Licenses/Technical/Other:

Education: High School degree. Minimum 2-3 years billing and collections experience in a medical clinic.

Experience (Type & Length): 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and problem solve. Healthcare experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

Software/Hardware: Avanced knowledge of Meditech. Medical billing course certification/program. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office.
