Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Brookline, Massachusetts. As an Office Assistant, you will be deeply involved in various administrative tasks such as handling inbound calls, managing billing functions, and executing other clerical duties. The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations within the workplace. Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to clients and stakeholders Administer the company's accounting software systems and ADP Financial Services Handle the organization's banner ads and assist in other computer program-related tasks Perform various billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions Conduct clerical duties such as filing, copying, and record-keeping to ensure organized and efficient operations Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times Monitor customer accounts, identifying issues and taking appropriate action as needed Process customer applications efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is received and correctly filed. Requirements Must have experience in the Real Estate & Property industry. Proven ability to handle clerical duties efficiently. Strong communication skills for answering inbound calls. Experience in executing billing functions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
