Location: US remoteContract: 4 monthsThis is a four-month contract engagement supporting our large enterprise client who is in the beverage industry. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technology roles at every level, from analyst and engineer through senior leadership and VP. Searches will focus mainly on application architecture, Salesforce (salesforce.com) and platform engineering.Day to day, you will:Run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders.Build sourcing strategies for niche technical skill sets.Screen candidates for technical fit.Manage candidates through interviews, offers and close.You will need to engage passive talent, calibrate hiring managers with market data, and handle a mix of individual-contributor and executive-level searches at the same time.
