Customer Service Representative- National Accounts

Sika is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (National Accounts) to join its growing team for our Roofing Business.  This position is a high-level customer service role.The National Accounts Customer Service Rep will play a key role in fulfilling the process of receiving, interpreting, entering, shipping and completing Customer orders for products and services of Sika.Utilizing the Sales and Distribution module of SAP.  Follow and remain proficient in procedures to enter and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.  This position will be responsible for servicing National Accounts and Data Center business.Monitor SAP generated back-order lists, open billing lists, scheduled picking and shipping lists, etc., to fulfill and stay ahead of Customer’s orders and related needsPromptly answer questions from Customers as they arise.Become and remain proficient in Sika Sarnafil products, services and operational procedures pertaining to Sales and DistributionProvide backup support and coverage for other Customer Service Representatives as directedPromptly answer phone calls and/or questions as they ariseFollow all Company policies, including environmental policy and notify Supervisor of any concern that may affect your work area or other company propertyPerform miscellaneous duties assigned
