The opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager of Data Science & Business Intelligence the Data Analyst holds a vital role in the Marketing Organization for the Corporate Learning Division. Ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Alteryx, Tableau, Excel or equivalent tools.

What You'll Do:

• Performing complex data analyses on markets, products, services, pricing, and marketing effectiveness.
• Analyzes and interprets data to identify patterns and create recommendations. Delivers high-impact and actionable insights to advise senior leadership.
• Create, update and maintain a set of analytical solutions used to drive Go-to-Market business decisions, including Customer Segmentation, Stratification, Pricing, and Product line Profitability.
• Create reports on a wide range of topics including, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Product Usage, Product Line Growth and Profit.
• Participate in cross functional team environments and handling a variety of concurrent projects
• Develops dashboards, reports and/or presentations with key findings and business implications and graphical interpretation of data.

• Bachelor's degree in Math/ Statistics/ Business Analytics. MBA degree with a focus on Marketing/Analytics a plus
• 3 to 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in business analytics, finance or statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and translate complex data into actionable research findings.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.
• Highly skilled in Tableau with the ability to create highly impactful graphical representations of data
• Strong knowledge of Alteryx (or similar tools such as SAS, SPSS, R) to access and manipulate large quantities of data
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Python
• Ability to effectively present in a variety of formal settings - one on one, group, senior managers
• Knows how businesses work & has good business acumen. Equally comfortable in Marketing & Finance conversations
• Good conceptual thinking, critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
