Our family-owned H&R Block franchise, with offices in Falmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich, seeks experienced Tax Professionals for our several of our locations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1: Conduct engaging face-to-face tax interviews
2: Prepare accurate in-person and drop-off tax returns
3: Promote additional products and services
4: Mentor and support team members
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
1: Proven experience preparing individual tax returns
2: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
3: Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (preferred, not required)
4: Excellent communication skills (in-person and written)
5: Eligibility for IRS requirements and commitment to continuing education (CE)
PREFERENCE for candidates with extensive tax preparation experience. COMPENSATION includes a competitive hourly rate based on experience, commitment, and anticipated volume, with higher rates and potential bonuses for seasoned professionals handling heavy workloads.
