Seeking part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) office manager/bookkeeper. Duties include: processing weekly payroll for eight employees; paying vendor invoices; billing clients; depositing checks; preparing certified payroll reports; handling all pertinent correspondences (e.g., phone calls, emails, letters, etc.); and performing related tasks as assigned.The ideal candidate will be familiar with QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and basic bookkeeping. Training will be provided.
