We are searching for an automotive SERVICE WRITER/ADVISOR ,
with experience in an independent auto repair shop, that can provide AMAZING customer service and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending is an investment in their vehicle. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos.
This role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting, and selling, to customers, the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians. Creating RO's, ordering part/checking parts and more.

Some of the requirements to be a service writer/advisor in our company:
Experienced with TekMetric shop management software
Experienced with AllData Manage Software
Making phone calls and following up on RO’s
Ordering and checking parts
Constant customer contact- providing updates, communicating with customers, including scheduling, follow up on new and existing RO's.
Applicants must have a professional appearance, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that we are a team and depend on each other to succeed and grow.
You also must be great with customers, motivated, and honest.
The ability to retain information and build relationships with technicians are key to being successful.
Pay plan will vary based on ability and experience.
