We are looking for an experienced AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER/ Manager.
YANIS Foreign Auto Repair is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service writer/Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in leading out service department, ensuring the highest level of operations and customer satisfaction.
The Service writer/Manager position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive service operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
- Generate estimates, MUST know how to build an auto repair estimate on a provided software such as ALLDATA Manage, being able to multitask and build multiple estimates every day in a timely manner.
- Experience in ordering parts, putting quotes and estimates together.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a auto repair shop is a MUST - Automotive service writer/ Manager: 3 years + (Required)
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in computerized automotive software such as ALLDATa MANAGE AND TekMetrik Software.
- Strong organizational and problem -solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
