On a daily basis as our barista, you will:
- Deliver great customer service by providing friendly and memorable cafe and retail experiences
- Prepare hot and cold beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Maintain product knowledge regarding our current coffee, chocolate and food items.
- Operate register and POS system efficiently for customer transactions.
- Educate customers as they ask questions to ensure that they understand the concept of bean-to-bar chocolate and what distinguishes us from other chocolate companies.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess ability to retain coffee information/knowledge and clearly communicate knowledge of espresso extraction, pour over and other brew methods
- Be able to work flexible shifts and weekends
- Have solid customer service instincts, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
