This full time-year round opportunity that has come available requires strong sautee skills in conjunction with expediting the evening's service with a fine dinning point of view. In addition to executing signature dishes developed over the years, participation with seasonal menu changes and evening specials is highly encouraged.
Over seeing and assisting with daily preparation, end of shift break down and wash down plus recording inventory required for the following day are tasks associated with this position on a day to day basis. We are a small, mature, family like group, so the ability to mesh both back and front of house is paramount.
