Wychmere Beach Club is seeking experienced Event Servers to work at our private, oceanfront resort. Candidate must be polished, professional, charismatic, great customer service, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. This is a seasonal position April November. Come grow professionally with a talented hospitality team.
POSITION: Event Server
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform service responsibilities assigned by manager
Maintain work areas in a safe and sanitary manner
Maintain a neat and professional appearance throughout each shift
Set tables properly and efficiently.
Maintain proper clearing techniques including clearing from the right and serving from the left; always asking the guest if you may take their plate prior to clearing
Responsible to check with floor plan to make sure specified tables have the correct amount of chairs and settings
Obey Massachusetts Liquor Laws
High-level knowledge of menu items, food, beverage and wine
Serve functions efficiently always maintaining synchronized service.
Go above and beyond for any guest or client needs.
Exemplify a solid work ethic and promote a team environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years experience in hospitality industry
