Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Event Staff members to assist with inventory management and shipment handling for our candle operations. Both regular Event Staff and Event Staff Lead positions are available.
Available Shifts
Morning Shift: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming shipments of candle products
Safely unload packages from delivery vehicles
Transport merchandise to designated storage areas
Maintain organized storage spaces
Follow proper handling procedures for fragile items
Assist with additional event-related tasks as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
Capable of standing, walking, and moving items for extended periods
Must be able to bend, reach, and maneuver in storage areas
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
Flexible schedule to accommodate varying delivery windows
Additional Information
Delivery windows may vary; primary window is 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Some downtime may occur while waiting for deliveries
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and punctuality required
