Executive Sous Chef

We are an upscale casual, full-service restaurant located in Hyannis. Minimum Qualifications:

-Previous experience as either an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.

-Extensive knowledge in food preparation methods and recipes.

-Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

-Ability to work as a team member and carry out dishes from start to finish.

-Willingness to learn and take direction from Executive Chef.

Necessary Knowledge, Ability and Skill:

-Ability to consistently deliver a high quality product with an emphasis on continued improvement.

-Goal oriented with a focus on quality controls.

-General understanding of food and beverage operations.

-Good organizational skills and knowledge of safe food handling standards.

-Knowledge of food ordering and inventorying procedures.
