Nomans Restaurant, one of the Island’s most fun and energetic establishments, is looking for a Full-Time Manager to join our team for the 2026 season.
About the role:
A hands-on leader who can balance the fast pace of restaurant operations with creating a welcoming, upbeat environment for staff and guests. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organization, and has an eye for detail.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and managing private functions and special events
Booking live bands and coordinating entertainment schedules
Event management, from concept to execution
Staff scheduling and shift management
Training, mentoring, and onboarding new employees
Working the floor as part of the front-of-house team
Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:
Previous management or supervisory experience in restaurants, events, or hospitality
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
