We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for food and service to join our team. We have a range of opportunities available from Sous Chef, to Line Cook.
For the Sous Chef role we are looking for an experienced candidate, who has high-volume, fast paced experience. Candidate must have good leadership, organization and communication skills. Must be a positive person, with patience for teaching and mentoring. BBQ experience is a plus.
For Line Cooks, we are willing to work with people at different experience levels, experience is preferred. You must have a passion and willingness to learn cooking and BBQ. You must take pride in your work and be reliable.
Pay is based on experience and negotiable.
