Summary: Seasonal manager with hospitality experience for 30-unit motel in Lower Cape Cod undergoing complete renovation with new operator.
Duties: Pre-Opening responsibilities include assisting with entire operational transition from renovation to reopening. Includes helping to set up reservation systems, hiring contractors and staff, setting up policies and procedures, activities planning, website and mobile app development, marketing office setup and guest preferences. Once hotel reopens, responsibilities will transition to oversight of entire operation.
Education and Skills Requirements: Associate degree preferably in courses like business, marketing, hotel management and communications. Three years management experience in a hotel or motel environment. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills with hospitality experience. Must be computer literate and able to adapt to computer programs necessary for daily operations of the motel.
Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
