Come join our Donut team. A fast paced fun environment. We are looking to hire 2 full time employee (5 days), working at Captain Baker Donut Shop in West Dennis. One job is a Shift Lead position, the other position is a staff position. We serve freshly made donuts, egg sandwiches, and coffee. We are open daily 7-12. The job hours are 6:30 to 1:00 (closing) and every other day come in early (abut 5:00am) to make the donuts on the donut machine. Off-Season the shop is open 5 days a week and in the busy summer season we are open 7 days a week.
Responsibilities include:
Every day making egg sandwiches on the grill
Donut decorating
Grill food inventory
Knowledge of every station in the kitchen: i.e. taking orders, donut making on the donut machine, donut decorating, making coffee, organizing the coffee bar.
Keeping the grill and donut making and decorating area clean
Every other day start early and make the donuts on the donut machine
Shift Lead Responsibilities include the above plus:
Food and goods inventory
Handle any possible customer concerns
Quality control of the donut decorating
Qualifications:
Restaurant experience preferred, not required
At least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation
Serve Safe Certification, but we will provide training
Year-round Cape Resident
Pay is according to experience
