Experienced hands on kitchen manager wanted for high volume pub in the upper part of Cape Cod. Must have good references. Must be experienced in ordering, scheduling, hiring and time management. Must keep an immaculate kitchen. I will discuss salary with applicants at interview but I can tell you for the right person it will be VERY generous. The kitchen is 16 x 9 and built for speed.
